This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co, and the experience editor released September 15, 2026. Not sure which you have? Your experience should look like your downtown, not like a generic app. Under Settings → Branding you set the cover, colors, logo, and font, plus the stamp people collect and the sticker they share. A new experience starts from your workspace's branding, so there may be little to do.
Logo and Cover
Upload a Logo or paste an image link. If your logo is dark on a clear background, turn on White background behind logo. Then set a Cover image, the big photo at the top of the participant's screen. No photo handy? Under Or start with one of ours, pick Street festival, Market day, Golden hour, Live music, Holiday lights, or Main street, and swap in your own any time.

Colors and Font
Background color and Text color style the participant's screens. Keep the contrast strong; people read this outdoors in sunlight. Font offers a handful of styles (Modern Sans, Classic Serif, Rounded, Condensed, and more) plus a long list of named typefaces, each shown in its own style so you can see it before you pick.
Stamps and Stickers
When someone checks in, a stamp lands on that place. When they earn something, they get a sticker to share. Under Stamps and stickers:
Pick a Shape (Round or Square) and an Ink color.
Fill in the three lines: Small line on top, The big word, Line underneath. "Tasted · BALLARD · Sept 2026", say. Leave a box empty and we fill it in from your experience.
Word on the voting sticker defaults to "I Voted".
Have a designed stamp? Upload Your own stamp and Your own sticker; a PNG with a clear background works best.
Both use the font you picked above, and the preview at the top of the card updates as you type.
Good to Know
Workspace-wide branding (name, logo, brand colors) lives under Settings → Brand & Style in the main sidebar, and every new experience starts from it. (See Your Workspace Name and Branding.)
The link preview image people see when your link is pasted into a text or a post is under Settings → Sharing.
Check the result on a phone with View as participant; a cover that looks great on a desktop can crop tightly on a small screen.
