This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co, and the experience editor released September 15, 2026. Not sure which you have? Open your experience's participation link, the one participants use. If it starts with app.proxi.co, this is the right article. If it starts with map.proxi.co, yours is a legacy experience; look for the legacy article instead.
One link does everything: it opens the welcome screen, the sign-up, and the experience itself. This article covers the Share button in the editor header, the embeds for your own website, and what participants can share from inside.
The Link
Click Share in the editor header. On the Link tab you'll find the address, like app.proxi.co/c/riverbend-restaurant-week, with a copy button. Above it, Where is this one going? lets you pick A printed sign, Social, or Email. Pick one and anyone who signs up from that link shows up under that source on your Activity page, so you'll know whether the posters or the Facebook post did the work. Copy a fresh link for each place you share it.
Need a window sign or table tent? That's under Print, right next to the Share button. (See Printing Sign-Up Posters, Bingo Cards, Checklists, and QR Codes.)
Putting the Sign-Up on Your Website
The Sign-Up Form tab gives you a small snippet to paste where you want people to sign up on your own site. Choose Inline form (the form sits right on the page) or Popup button (a button that opens it; set the Button label). Show cover image adds your cover photo. Click Copy code and paste it into your site.
Leaderboard and Photo Feed Embeds
When those features are on, the Share dialog grows Leaderboard and Photo Feed tabs. Each has a snippet for your site:
Leaderboard — Show either Top players or Most-visited places, choose how many Rows, and pick Light or Dark. It updates on its own.
Photo Feed — set how many Photos and the style. Only photos participants agreed to share publicly appear.
A leaderboard on the chamber's home page and on a screen at the info booth both come from this same snippet.
What Participants Can Share
Inside the experience, the Share tab gives every participant their own personal link. When a friend signs up from it, it counts as theirs, and you can see who's bringing people in on the Activity page. They also collect stickers (for joining, voting, earning a reward, finishing) they can send to a friend.
Want to nudge people to post at the right moments? Under Settings → Sharing, turn on Encourage Sharing. Pick When to ask (When they join, When they earn a reward, When they finish, When they vote) and write What their post says, in their voice. We add the link and their numbers. We deliberately don't ask after every check-in; it gets tiring fast.
Good to Know
The participation link is the same one shown on the editor's preview panel under Copy participation link.
If your workspace has a custom domain, every link and embed uses it automatically.
Share settings also include the link preview image people see when the link is pasted into a text or social post.
