This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.
The Contacts tab on your Listings page is the roster of people behind your listings — the owner or manager who can sign in to the portal and keep their own business current. One row per person, with the listings they look after, whether they've been invited, and when they last signed in.
Finding It
Open Listings in the sidebar and click the Contacts tab. The number on the tab is how many people you have.
What Each Row Shows
Contact — name, email, and phone.
Keeps Current — the listings they're connected to, with their role on each: Admin (can manage the listing's contacts too) or Manager (updates the listing).
Portal — Signed in with the date, Invited with the date, or an Invite button if you haven't sent one yet. (This column only shows once the portal is on.)
Added — when they were first put on a listing.
Search by name, email, or listing, and when the portal is on, filter by Everyone, Signed in, Invited, or Not invited — the last one is your nudge list.
Adding Someone
Click Add Contact. Give their Email, Name, and optionally a phone; pick the Listings they keep current (search by name; one person can look after several); and set their Role on those listings. Tick Send them a portal invite now and they get the branded sign-in email straight away. If your portal is off, the dialog reminds you to turn it on first.
Inviting Someone Later
Click Invite on their row. You'll see "Send a portal invite?" with a note that we'll email them a link to sign in and keep their listing current — click Send Invite. The row switches to Invited with today's date.
Good to Know
The footer says it plainly: "N people keep your listings current · Everyone else in your workspace lives under Audiences." Contacts here are specifically the people attached to listings. Everyone you've ever collected — newsletter sign-ups, event submitters, participants — is under Newsletter & Messaging. See Contacts: Everyone Who's Connected With You, in One Place.
To email or text everyone on this tab at once, use Message Contacts at the top of the Listings page — it opens the composer on your ready-made Listing Contacts audience.
Someone can also become a contact by claiming their listing from your map. See Let Owners Claim Their Own Listing.
What they can see and change once they sign in is set on the Portal tab next door. See Portal Settings: Control What People See and Edit.
