This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co, and the experience editor released September 15, 2026. Not sure which you have? Open your experience's participation link, the one participants use. If it starts with app.proxi.co, this is the right article. If it starts with map.proxi.co, yours is a legacy experience; look for the legacy article instead.
Most of an experience happens on phones, but paper still does a lot of the work: the poster at the entrance, the QR sign in each window, the bingo card at the kids' table. Click Print in the editor header for four options.
Sign-up Poster
Sign-up poster is a sign with a QR code people scan to join, plus "Or go to play.proxi.co and enter code" with your join code. Set the Intro line ("You're invited to join"), choose a Brand or White background (white saves ink), and tick what to show under What to show. Then Print or Download PDF.
Bingo Cards
Bingo cards turns your places (or activities, or both, under Fill card from) into a grid. Every card is shuffled differently, so no two players get the same board. Set How many cards, pick a Center square or leave it as a free space, and click Shuffle squares if you want a fresh mix. Each card gets a QR code and your join code so people can switch to their phone whenever they like.
Checklist
Checklist is a take-home list of every spot, with a checkbox next to each. Choose Columns (1 to 4), show Points and Icons if you like, and edit the Line under the title and the Note under the QR code.
Check-in QR Codes
Check-in QR codes appears when QR check-in is on. It prints one sign per place: the experience name, the place name, the QR code, "Scan to check in", and, if the place also has a typed code, "Or enter the code". Use Download PNG under any one of them to send a single sign to a shop. Each business can also print its own from its portal kit. (See Your Experience Kit: Codes, Signs, and How It's Going.)
Good to Know
The sign-up QR and the check-in QR do different jobs. Keep them on separate signs so nobody scans the wrong one at the counter.
All print pages open in a new tab and use your browser's print dialog, so you can pick paper size there.
Testing on your own computer before launch? Print from the live site, not a local one, so the codes scan for everyone.
