This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co, and the experience editor released September 15, 2026. Not sure which you have? Open any experience and click Participants & Activity at the top. It has two views: People (everyone who joined and what they've done) and Activity (the live numbers, built to leave open at the welcome table).
People
The table lists each participant with their points, places visited, and when they joined. Badges on a row tell you at a glance: Unverified (hasn't confirmed their code yet), Tester, Member, Payment Pending, or Free Access. The search box looks through names, contact info, and sign-up answers, so "How did you hear about us? → Flyer" is one search away.
Export gives you One row per person (your prize-drawing list, with every sign-up answer as a column) or One row per check-in (every visit, with who and when).
Anything waiting on you sits above the table: Check-ins waiting for your review for photo and receipt check-ins, and Waiting for your review for activity answers. Approve or Decline each one. Physical prizes someone has earned show on their row with Mark picked up.
Add someone is for a paper sign-up, a walk-up at the table, or getting a tester in before launch. An email or phone is enough; tick Add them as a tester if that's what they're for.
One Person's Details
Click a row to open their details: what they told you at sign-up, every check-in, activity answers, rewards earned, and a Manage section with:
Record a visit — for someone who visited but the scan didn't take. Pick the place, set when, click Add.
Points added by hand, with a note on what they were for ("Volunteered at the welcome table").
Copy their way back in — a link that opens the experience on the sign-in step with their contact filled in. They still confirm a code, so it's safe to text or email over.
Send them a code now — texts or emails a sign-in code to the contact on file.
Hide from leaderboard, Make tester, Give free access (on paid experiences), Start them over (points and check-ins back to zero; their sign-up stays), and Remove from this experience.
Activity: The Day-Of View
The Activity view updates on its own every few seconds. Leave it open at the welcome table and it shows:
Headline numbers: Check-ins (with how many this hour), People taking part, Places visited as a fraction like 11/14, and Check-ins per person.
How people are finding their way in — how many opened the experience, signed up, and checked in at least once.
Where people came from — Scanned a QR code, A printed sign, Shared by someone, Your website, Social, Email. This is fed by the source you pick when you copy a share link.
Through the day, Busiest places, and Happening now, a live feed like "Maya checked in at Marlowe & Co."
At the bottom: Photos to review, Rewards earned versus handed over, and Quiet places, the spots nobody has reached yet. Worth a post or a nudge message.

Big Screen Mode
Click Big screen to put the numbers on a monitor across the room. It rotates through check-ins and people taking part, the latest thing that happened (no names), and the busiest places. Click Back to details to return.

After It Ends
Once the end date passes, the Activity view becomes a recap: Here's how it went, with check-ins, people, the busiest hour, the busiest place, who brought the most friends, and every place ranked. Print it or send it round to the businesses who took part.

Good to Know
Before anyone joins, the Activity view shows Nobody has joined yet with your join link and three shortcuts: try it yourself, add a tester, print your signs.
Testers never appear in the numbers or the feed. People hidden from the leaderboard show as "Someone" in the feed.
Vote results and place ratings, when you use them, appear on the People view with their own Export CSV.
