This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.
When someone taps a place in your passport, guide, or scavenger hunt, they see a card with that spot's details. If you keep info like websites, phone numbers, hours, or emails on your listings, you can choose which of those details show up on the cards — and once they're on, they stay current on their own. Update the listing, and the card follows.
Where to Find It
Open your experience and go to the Setup tab.
Click Point Card Info, next to Edit connected map.
Pick What Shows
You'll see the info available for this experience's places, grouped by where it lives — From Your Listings for details on your business listings, and From Your Map for fields that belong to the map itself. Check what you want on the cards; uncheck anything to take it off.
Website and other link fields have one extra choice: flip on Show as a Button and give it a label like "Visit Website" or "Make a Reservation," and it appears as a tappable button in your brand color instead of a plain link.
Some rows are grayed out with a note that they already show on the card — things like descriptions and photos have their own spot, so there's nothing to add.
Click Save, and the cards update within a minute or so.
Good to Know
Listing details on cards stay in sync automatically. When a business updates its phone number in the portal, every card showing it updates too — nothing to redo.
These details show on cards only. They won't appear as questions on your public "add a place" form.
A few kinds of info can't be shown on this card style yet, so they won't appear in the list. If something you need is missing, use the Chat with us link right in the panel and we'll help you get it set up.
Why This Is a Separate Step Right Now
You build and manage your experiences here in the new Proxi admin app, but the pages your participants open — the map, the point cards, the check-ins — still run on our classic experience at map.proxi.co. The two work side by side while we finish upgrading the participant side, and Point Card Info is the bridge between them: it carries the listing details you manage here over to the cards participants see there.
A new version of the participant experience is on the way. When it arrives, everything will connect out of the box — until then, one visit to this panel is all it takes.
