Key Steps
1. Open the map and navigate to Fields 0:15
Log into Proxi.
Open the specific map you want to edit.
In the left-side menu, go to Listings and click Fields.
Review the list of fields currently associated with the map.
2. Edit existing fields or add a new field 0:35
Select an existing field to make changes as needed.
Add a new field if the map requires additional information.
Use the available field suggestions if they match your needs.
Choose from the available field types when creating a new field.
3. Configure which fields appear on point cards 0:55
Open the Point Card Content tab.
Review the fields currently available for display on point cards.
Decide which fields should appear on the point cards for this map.
4. Customize field display settings 1:11
Click into each field to adjust its display settings.
Update the label if a different name should appear on the point card.
Mark a field as highlighted if it should stand out visually.
Choose to hide a field if it should not appear on the point card.
5. Reorder or remove fields from the point card 1:28
Drag and drop fields to change the order they appear on the point card.
Move a field to the bottom to remove it from the point card display.
Confirm the final arrangement matches the desired layout before saving or exiting.
Cautionary Notes
Be careful when hiding or removing fields from point cards, as this may affect what users see on the map.
If you rename a field label, make sure the new label is clear and consistent with your team’s naming conventions.
Reordering fields can change the user experience, so verify the final layout before finishing.
