This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.
Everything about your plan lives on the Subscription page, at the bottom of the left sidebar. Only workspace admins can see it — if you get an "Admin Access Required" note, ask your team's admin.
Your Current Plan
The card on the left shows your plan (like Proxi Pro), its price and billing period, how many users you're paying for, any add-ons and discounts, and your key dates — when you started, when your trial ends, and your next billing date. A colored badge shows your status: Active, Trial, Paused, or Cancelled.
For your payment method, invoices, and billing history, click Manage Subscription & Get Invoices — it opens your secure billing portal in a new tab.
Changing Your Plan
The Change Plan builder on the right side of the page is where everything gets adjusted:
Upgrade to Premium — check it to add the full toolkit: guides and gamified experiences, audience messaging, analytics, sponsorships, and custom domains. Uncheck it to move back to Pro on its own.
Billing — switch between Monthly, Seasonal (every 3 months), and Yearly. The longer the period, the bigger the savings, and the toggle shows exactly how much.
As you make changes, the Due Today line shows what you'd actually pay right now, with credit for the unused part of your current plan already applied — no surprises.
When it looks right, click Update Subscription (or Start 7-Day Free Trial if you're new) and confirm in the secure checkout. If you're in a trial, billing starts on day 7 — you can come back here and cancel before then to avoid any charge.
Adding Seats
Seats are the Users count at the top of the plan builder:
Use the + button to add as many seats as you need — the price per user is shown right below.
Click Update Subscription and confirm. The Due Today line shows the prorated cost.
Head to Teammates to send the invite — the seat counter there ("X / Y seats used") updates right away.
If you see "You've used all your seats" when inviting someone, this is the fix. And going the other way: to reduce seats, first remove teammates on the Teammates page so you're not below the number of people using them.
Pausing Your Subscription
Taking a season off? Pausing keeps all your maps and data safe while billing stops.
On the Subscription page, click Pause Subscription.
Read the quick note, then click Continue to Pause — your billing portal opens in a new tab to pick the pause and finish up.
Your subscription reactivates automatically when the pause period ends. Want to extend it before then? Come back here, or email us at [email protected].
Cancelling
Click Cancel Subscription on the Subscription page.
We'll ask you to confirm you understand what happens to your access and content after cancelling — and suggest pausing instead if you just need a break, since pausing keeps everything safe.
Click Yes, Cancel to finish up in your billing portal.
After cancelling, the page shows how long your access continues, and the plan builder switches to Resubscribe — one click brings everything back whenever you're ready.
Getting Help
The "Need help with your subscription?" card connects you to chat during business hours, or email [email protected] anytime. Two things worth asking about: verified non-profits and K-12 schools get 25% off, and larger teams can book a demo to talk through options.
