This article is about maps shared from the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.
If your map shows a "This map was made with Proxi" banner along the bottom, or opens to a picture of your map with a Tap to Interact button instead of the live map, that's how maps look on the free plan. Both go away when you upgrade.
What Your Visitors See
The banner. A "Made with Proxi" line sits along the bottom of your map and links to proxi.co.
Tap to Interact. Your map first appears as a picture. When a visitor taps it, the live map loads and they can zoom, pan, and open places as usual. Nothing is lost; it's just one tap before the map wakes up.
How to Remove Both
Upgrade your workspace to Proxi Pro. Open your subscription from the sidebar to choose a plan.
Once your plan is active, your map loads right away for everyone, with no tap screen.
To take the banner off too, open your map's design settings and switch on Hide "Built with Proxi".
Changes show up on your shared link and embeds within a few minutes. If you embedded the map on your website, you don't need to paste anything again.
Good to Know
If you're already on Pro and still see them, check which workspace you're in. The plan shows under the workspace name in the sidebar, and a second workspace may still be on the free plan. See Workspaces: A Separate Space for Each Brand (and Why You Might Have More Than One).
