Sharing Proxi in a Mighty Network

Written by Melinda Haughey

This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.

Mighty Networks doesn't accept pasted code or iframes, so the Proxi embed code won't work there. What works well is a link: members tap through to your map, which opens full-screen on their phone.

Steps

  1. In Proxi, copy the link from the Link tab of the Share dialog.

  2. In your Mighty Network, create a post, article, event, or page and paste the link. Mighty shows it as a link card.

  3. For a more polished card, set a Preview image and Page title for your map in the editor's Sharing section. That's what the card shows.

Good to Know

  • Posting the map link as an Event or in a Featured area keeps it easy to find.

  • Mighty's higher-tier plans add a way for hosts to embed outside pages in a frame. If you're on one, the Proxi link is what you'd paste there. Check with Mighty's support for whether your plan includes it.

  • A QR code works nicely alongside: open the QR Code tab in the same Share dialog and download the image for your post.
