This article is about the Proxi admin app at app.proxi.co.
Maps are better as a team sport. Open Teammates in the left sidebar to see everyone with access to your workspace and to bring in new people.
Inviting Someone
Click Invite Teammate.
Enter their email address and pick a role (see below).
Click Send Invite. They'll get an email to join your workspace.
Your plan includes a set number of seats — the counter on the members list shows how many you've used. If you're full, you can add seats from your subscription.
Choosing a Role
Admin — manages all users, assets, and sensitive settings like custom domains and payment.
Editor — can create, edit, and delete maps and other assets.
Collaborator — can edit existing assets, but not create or delete them. This is the default, and a good fit for helpers updating place info.
(You might see a couple of "legacy" roles on long-standing workspaces — they're from the older per-map guest system and can be upgraded by adding a seat.)
Removing Someone
Click the remove icon on their row and confirm. Removing yourself is the same flow — just know you'll need another admin to re-add you.
Handing Over the Keys
Leaving the organization? The Transfer Ownership card (admins only) makes someone else the admin and removes your access in one step — you'll type their email twice to confirm, since it can't be undone from your side.
A Note About Business Owners
If you just want a business owner to keep their own info fresh, don't give them a workspace seat — add them as a contact on their listing instead, and they'll get their own portal to update their hours, photos, and description. See Listings vs. Collections: What's the Difference?
