In Proxi, go to Messaging.
Select the audience you want to message.
Click Create New Message to begin.

At the top of the message setup screen, choose the delivery channel:
Email
SMS
Select the message type:
Blast for a one-time send
Automated for a triggered message
Decide when the message should be sent before continuing.
3. Start from a template or save for future use 0:32
Choose whether to:
Start from a template to speed up message creation, or
Save this message as a template for future reuse.
Use templates when you want to maintain consistent formatting and messaging.
4. Build an SMS message 0:48
If creating an SMS message, enter a message name for internal reference.
Add personalization elements as needed, such as:
First name
Links
Images
Review the message content to ensure it is concise and appropriate for SMS delivery.
5. Preview, save, or schedule the SMS 1:02
Use the options in the upper-right corner to:
Send a preview
Save as draft
Schedule the message
Confirm the message is ready before scheduling or sending.
6. Build an email message 1:11
If creating an email message, choose an email style:
Announcement
Letter
Promo
Notification
Enter or update the subject line.
Set the reply-to address if needed.
Customize the email with:
Personalization
Logo upload
Background and background color
Buttons
Format the body using rich text tools such as:
Headers
Links
Bold
Italics
7. Preview, save, or schedule the email 1:45

Send a preview
Save as draft
Schedule the email
Verify the content, formatting, and delivery details before finalizing.
