Your workspace name is the name that stands in for your organization all around Proxi — on your maps, on the sign-in page people land on, and on the emails we send for you, like portal invites, submission confirmations, and receipts. When you first sign up we often name the workspace after you (something like "Jane's Workspace"), so if those emails or pages are showing your own name instead of your business or organization's name, updating the workspace name is the fix. In Proxi this one name is your business name — there isn't a separate field to keep in sync.
Change Your Workspace Name
Go to Settings → Brand & Style.
In the Workspace Identity card, type your organization's name into Workspace Name.
That's it — it saves on its own, and you'll see a small Saved note. There's no save button to hunt for.
From then on, everything we send and show carries the new name.
While You're There: Logo and Colors
The same Brand & Style page is where the rest of your look lives:
Workspace Logo — a square image (at least 256×256) that shows up alongside your name.
Primary Color and Secondary Color — your default theme for maps, guides, and experiences, with a live preview so you can see the pair before you leave.
Like the name, these save on their own as you change them.
Where Your Branding Shows Up
Across your maps, guides, and other experiences as their default look.
On the portal — the sign-in page and the emails people get (invites, confirmations, "you're in," receipts) all wear your name, logo, and colors, so it reads as coming from you, not from us.
On the links you share, so a nicely branded preview shows up when someone posts them.
Good to Know
The change applies going forward. An email that already went out keeps the name it was sent with — send a fresh one if you want the updated branding.
This is your organization-wide identity. An individual map can still have its own title and cover — this is the name and look everything falls back to.
