Creating Sponsorship Tiers in Proxi

This SOP outlines the steps to create and manage sponsorship tiers within the Proxi platform, ensuring a clear and organized process for team members.

Key Steps

1. Access Sponsorships

  • Log into Proxi.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen, toggle into the 'Sponsorships' section under 'Revenues'.

2. Create a New Sponsorship Program

  • Click on 'Create a New Program'.

  • Enter a name for the sponsorship program (e.g., Downtown Parkway, Summer Concert Series).

  • Provide a description and select a tag color for internal use.

3. Add Tiers to the Sponsorship Program

  • In the program area, click to add tiers.

  • Assign a name to the tier.

  • Set a sort order for how the tier will appear in options.

  • Describe what the tier offers to sponsors.

  • Specify the price for the tier.

  • Choose the billing frequency (monthly, yearly, or one-time).

4. Assign Benefits to the Tier

  • List the benefits associated with the tier, such as:

    • Dedicating a subheader on a map.

    • Featuring the company in Proxi.

    • Logo placement on a main stage banner.

    • Verbal shout-outs at main stage shows.

    • Visibility on social media.

  • Customize benefits as needed.

5. Save Changes

  • After setting up the tier and its benefits, click 'Save Changes'.

6. Offer Sponsorship Opportunities to Organizations

  • Navigate to the 'Organizations' section.

  • Click on the organization you wish to offer sponsorship opportunities to.

  • Click 'Add to Project' under 'Sponsorships'.

  • Select a program from the drop-down menu.

7. Send Sponsorship Link to the Sponsor

  • Email the sponsorship link to the sponsor or retrieve the link for your records.

8. Monitor Sponsorship Enrollment

  • Check previous sponsorship programs the organization has enrolled in.

  • Ensure the sponsor can view their opportunities and select a tier.

9. Complete the Sponsorship Transaction

  • After the sponsor selects a tier, they will proceed to checkout.

  • They will receive an email receipt, and you will receive a notification.

  • The transaction will appear in your transaction history.

10. Manage Financial Transactions

  • Ensure that the funds are deposited into your bank account, minus any applicable fees.

Cautionary Notes

  • Double-check all entered information for accuracy before saving changes.

  • Ensure that the benefits assigned to each tier are feasible and can be delivered to sponsors.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use consistent naming conventions for sponsorship programs and tiers to avoid confusion.

  • Regularly review and update sponsorship offerings based on feedback and performance.
