Once a business is paying for a package, you'll probably want visitors to see that. Give members a badge on their card, a glow on their pin, a filter of their own, or the top spots in a list. None of it needs a tag or a spreadsheet: every package you sell shows up as a ready-made field on your listings, and you turn it on wherever you want it.
The Package Field
Each package in Sponsorships & Memberships becomes a field on your listings, named after the package (say, Downtown Membership). Its values are the package's levels, with the kind of package added on: Gold Member, Silver Sponsor, Booth Vendor. A listing has a value only while it's paid up (Active or Past Due). The moment a package is cancelled, the value is gone, and so is anything on a map that depended on it.
You can't type into this field: it's set by the package. Wherever it appears in an editor it carries an Automatic tag so you know which one it is. It's off by default everywhere, so nothing changes on your maps until you turn it on.
A Badge on the Card
Open the map and go to Point Card → Content (on a directory, Card → Content; on a passport or scavenger hunt, Settings → Place Content).
Click Add to Details and pick the package under Automatic.
Expand the new row and turn on Show as pill for a small "Gold Member" chip near the top of the card. Leave it off to show a plain row that reads "Downtown Membership: Gold Member".
Pills follow your pill placement (Top or Bottom) like any other pill. There's no label box on this row; the package name is the label.
A Glow on the Pin
This one is map-only, in Markers → Highlight.
Flip on Highlight members. It picks your first package with every level checked.
Change Glow pins by if you sell more than one package, and under Which ones glow uncheck any level that shouldn't.
Drag Glow size to taste.
Member pins draw the same soft halo your featured places get, in the Featured color set under Markers → Featured places. Your pin icons don't change, so a café that's also a Gold member keeps its coffee-cup icon and gains the glow.
Want a different icon for members as well? Under Marker style → Driven by a field, add a rule for the package and give each level an icon. See Changing Your Map's Pin Icons, Shapes, and Size.
A Members Filter
Add the package as a filter the way you'd add Category: on a map under Filters → Field filters, on a directory under Filters, and on a passport or scavenger hunt under Let people narrow the list. Visitors get a chip per level, or one chip for the whole package if you choose that.
Members First
Every list that sorts can put members at the top. In Sort Order (map or directory) or Order the list (passport or scavenger hunt), add a sort and pick the package under Members & Sponsors. Members First orders by level, top level first, then everyone else in the order they were in. Members Last does the reverse.
Good to Know
Only the package and level names ever reach a public page. Payment status, renewal dates, and amounts stay in your workspace.
A business in two packages shows its best level in each. If the levels in a package are reordered, cards follow the new order within a minute.
Retired levels keep their name, so a business still paying for one isn't left with a blank.
Vendor packages work the same way. If you'd rather not show "Booth Vendor" on a map, simply don't add that package.
Rewards and place rules on a passport or scavenger hunt can't use the package field yet, so "stamp any three member stops" isn't available today.
